عقد وزير المالية ياسين جابر، اجتماعًا خصص لموضوع وضع الإجراءات العملية للبدء باستخدام قرض الـ250 مليون دولار أميركي لصالح الكهرباء، مع مدير مكتب لبنان في البنك الدولي Enrice Blarco Armas وفريق من الصندوق، بحضور المستشارة الاقتصادية زينة قاسم، وتطرق البحث الى المراحل التي قطعتها عملية الإصلاح في قطاع الكهرباء وما ستقوم به الهيئة النظام القطاع من اصلاحات أساسية وضرورية لوضع القرض موضع التنفيذ.
