تراجعت أسعار الذهب اليوم الأربعاء بعد ارتفاعها بأكثر من 2 بالمئة في الجلسة السابقة، إذ أثار صعود أسعار النفط مخاوف التضخم وأدى إلى حالة من الضبابية بشأن توقعات أسعار الفائدة الأمريكية، مما ألقى بظلاله على الذهب الذي لا يدر عائدا.
وانخفض الذهب في المعاملات الفورية 0.5 بالمئة إلى 4035.67 دولار الأونصة بحلول الساعة 0300 بتوقيت غرينتش. وتراجعت العقود الأميركية الآجلة للذهب تسليم اب آب 0.7 بالمئة إلى 4042.20 دولار.
