عُلم أنَّ تحويلات مالية جديدة من الخارج إلى لبنان باتت تخضع حالياً لرقابة شديدة من قبل المؤسسات المالية التي تتم عبرها العمليات.
وذكرت المعلومات أنَّ التدقيق يأتي من الخارج أولاً خصوصاً من الدول الخليجية التي يقوم مواطنون بتحويل أموالٍ منها إلى لبنان، مُوضحة أنَّ المؤسسات المالية في لبنان تدقق أيضاً في كل التحويلات خصوصاً التي تتجاوز الـ1000 دولار
